Ramón Jurado, owner and chef of the restaurant Noche de Ronda and the restaurant bar La Bodeguita del Rondador, has been tasting Sol Chiquito extra virgin olive oils of early harvest of the picual and royal varieties.
This entrepreneur from the hospitality and catering industry of Cazorla has recently opened the restaurant bar La Bodeguita del Rondador in Santa María Square. In its menu we can find a “tasting of 5 oils from the area”. Sierra de Cazorla is a renowned olive region where more than 4 million olive trees grow; this defines the culture and way of life of its citizens. Offering a visitor the possibility to enjoy the different types of extra virgin olive oils that are produced in its mountains and countryside seems to be an idea as good as necessary.
Moved by the interest of offering a good quality product and providing a pleasant sensory experience to its customers, Ramón wanted to learn about our oils. After reading the organoleptic analysis of the Sol Chiquito extra virgin olive oils of the picual and royal early harvest, the chef decided to incorporate them into his kitchen. Therefore, you can now enjoy our oils along with good gastronomy at Noche de Ronda and La Bodeguita del Rondador, in Cazorla.
