Last Saturday we organised an extra virgin olive oil tasting at the Sin Mas store in the Cazorla food market. The tasting was run by María Santamaría Bernal, whom we would like to thank for her initiative to make her clients aware of the organoleptic characteristics and healthy properties of the early Sol Chiquito oils that are now available in her store.

The tasting was guided by Antonio Bernal, agronomist and head of olive oil tasting panel who described the organoleptic profile of the Sun Chiquito Royal variety and explained the types of antioxidants (tyrosol, hydroxytyrosol, oleocanthal, vitamin E,…) that contain the Green oils and their function.
