From one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Andalusia, the Balcón de Zabaleta, you will take pleasure in the contemplation of the most important places in Cazorla, just to continue with a walk by the river to find out how it has conditioned the life of the people of this town, moving the flour mills and the turbines of the electric power plants and watering the vegetable gardens. You will also learn about some special animals and plants that find a refuge next to the river water.
The biggest secret of Cazorla is underground and you will discover it walking along the 124 m long vault. Enjoy the most magical and beautiful place in Cazorla which hides the darkest legend of this land.
Later, you will visit the ruins of the Santa María de Gracia church, the only church built over a river. This Renaissance monument was the most important of the Adelantamiento de Cazorla, a wide territory whose capital was Cazorla and a symbol of a glorious time.

An agronomist, tasting panel leader and expert taster will guide you in this professional and fun olive oil tasting.
You will use official materials to learn how to identify the positive attributes in olive oil and the main aromas, tasting two typical olive oils from Cazorla, picual, main variety in the province of Jaén, and royal, an endemic variety of the Sierra de Cazorla region.
You will have the opportunity to learn how to identify the main defects in olive oil so you can choose a quality one. Also, we will test your ability to identify aromas with a fun game.
Of course, you will find out how to best use olive oil and how to recognize the healthiest ones. All your questions will be answered by our expert taster.
