These three varieties of oil have different and complementary organoleptic profiles, which provide a wide sensory range to the taster. For each of the three extra virgin olive oils, a card with the organoleptic description of them is included, indicating the intensities of the fruity, bitter and spicy attributes, as well as the main aromatic nuances.
