TASTING INFORMATION
This EVOO has an intense fruitiness dominated by the aroma of green banana, after which the smells of ripe fruit – apple -, nuts appear – hazelnut – and pine seed. This is a sweet oil, devoid of bitterness and with a slight spiciness.
